How do I receive the books?
The download link is emailed to the address you use at checkout, and it also appears on the confirmation page right after payment. This normally happens within a few minutes. If it is not there, check the spam folder and then write to us.
What format are they in?
Plain PDF. It opens on a phone, a tablet, a laptop or an e-reader, and you can print it. No app and no account to create.
Can I read them on my phone?
Yes. The files are laid out for a small screen as well as a printed page, so nothing is cut off or unreadable on a phone.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a file will not open, arrives damaged, or is not what the page described, write to support@northrun.life within 30 days and we refund the order in full.
Do I need an account?
No. You check out as a guest and the link comes by email. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
