Refund policy

Every title sold on Northrun is a digital download. There is nothing to post back, so this policy is short.

Refunds
If a file will not open, arrives damaged, or is not what the product page described, write to support@northrun.life within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain beyond that.

Duplicate orders
If you bought the same title twice, tell us and we will refund the second one.

How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days; that timing is theirs, not ours.

Cancellations
Because delivery is immediate, an order cannot be cancelled once the download has been sent. Ask for a refund instead.
